Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of AGC Constructions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

AGC Constructions provides construction services including but not limited to:

  • Residential construction and renovation
  • Commercial building construction
  • Industrial facility construction
  • Project management and consultation
  • Design and planning services

Project Contracts

Contract Formation

All construction projects require a signed contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, materials, costs, and other project-specific terms. The contract becomes binding upon signature by both parties.

Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the original contract must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the contract
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
  • Disputes regarding payment must be raised within 30 days of invoice date

Warranties and Guarantees

AGC Constructions provides warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in individual project contracts. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of work performed.

Warranties do not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or acts of nature.

Liability and Insurance

AGC Constructions maintains appropriate insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual project contracts.

Clients are responsible for obtaining their own property insurance and ensuring adequate coverage during construction.

Force Majeure

AGC Constructions shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
  3. Arbitration under Sri Lankan law if mediation fails

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Sri Lanka.
